Who is responsible for your information
The Ribeye website represents two restaurant businesses. RIBEYE STEAKHOUSE (MANCHESTER) LTD (company number 10961637) is responsible for enquiries and bookings concerning Manchester. RIBEYE STEAKHOUSE (BIRMINGHAM) LIMITED (company number 14532975) is responsible for enquiries and bookings concerning Birmingham. Both companies have a registered office at 103 Washway Road, Sale, M33 7TY.

Information we collect
We collect the details you choose to provide through the contact, group-dining and newsletter forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, preferred restaurant, proposed date, guest numbers and your message.
When you choose to load a booking widget or map, the relevant external provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details. Those services are not loaded until you allow functional content.
If you allow analytics and marketing technologies, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel may process information about how your browser interacts with the website. These technologies are not loaded until you give that consent.

Who receives it
Information is used by the relevant Ribeye team and by service providers needed to operate the website and the requested service. Table booking is provided through ResDiary. Website hosting and email delivery providers may process limited information on Ribeye’s behalf. Google Maps is used only after you choose to load maps. Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel are used only after analytics and marketing consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to respond and manage the resulting relationship. Booking information is retained in line with operational, accounting and legal needs. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Consent preferences are stored for up to 180 days before the site asks again.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to certain use. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Some rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
